This Privacy Policy explains how WR-PMIS by Synergiz (shown on your device as WR-PMIS) handles information. The app is published by SYNERGIZ GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”).
About the app
WR-PMIS is a Project Management Information System (PMIS) for authorized users only. It helps users view and update project information such as projects, works, forms, and related records. Information entered in the app is sent to the PMIS servers used by the service.
Information we collect
- Account details — login ID, password (used only to sign in), and profile information returned by the PMIS system after login (such as name or role, when available).
- Work data — project and form data you view or submit while using the app.
- App data on your device — short-term login session information and basic app preferences (for example, theme settings) stored on your device to keep you signed in and remember your choices.
We do not sell your personal data.
What we do not collect
At this time, WR-PMIS does not collect:
- precise location
- contacts, SMS, or call logs
- microphone audio
- payment or card details
- advertising identifiers for ads
If a future feature needs camera, photos, files, or location, we will ask for permission at that time and update this policy before enabling it.
Permissions
The app needs internet access to sign in and sync data with PMIS servers. It does not currently request camera, microphone, contacts, or location permission.
Ads and tracking
WR-PMIS has no advertisements and does not track you across other apps or websites for advertising.

Project records are stored on the PMIS servers. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including secure network connections where supported. How long data is kept follows the rules of the PMIS service and applicable law. Session data on your device is removed when you sign out or clear app data.
Your choices
You can sign out of the app. For access, correction, or deletion of personal data held in the PMIS system, contact us by email. We may need to verify your identity and may work with your organization to complete the request.
Children
WR-PMIS is for authorized adult professional users and is not intended for children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and publish the updated page at the same public web address.
