This policy describes how IMPACT PMIS by Synergiz (shown on your phone as IMPACT PMIS) handles information. The app is published by SYNERGIZ GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”).
About the app
IMPACT PMIS is for authorized users only. It supports project and construction management (PMIS)—such as projects, issues, utility shifting, quality inspections, and activity updates—and Request for Inspection (RFI) workflows. Data you enter is sent to official PMIS and RFI servers over a secure connection.
Information we collect
- Account details — login ID, name, role, and related profile fields.
- Work data — forms, remarks, and status updates you submit in PMIS or RFI.
- Location — only when you use a feature that needs it (for example, site location for an inspection), and only while you are using the app.
- Photos and files — images or documents you choose to capture or attach.
- Crash reports — basic device and error information to fix app problems (see below).
We do not sell your data.
Device permissions
The app asks for access only when needed:
- Internet — sign in and sync with PMIS / RFI servers.
- Camera — site photos and inspection images.
- Location (while using the app) — inspection site location when required.
- Photos / files — attachments you select; we do not browse all files on your device.
We do not use the microphone, contacts, SMS, background location, or phone identity for this app.
Tracking and advertising
The app has no ads and does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use your data for advertising.
Crash reporting
We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to receive anonymous crash and stability reports (for example, device type, app version, and error details). This helps us fix faults. We do not use it for ads or marketing analytics.
How we use and share data
- To run PMIS and RFI features you are allowed to use.
- With authorized project systems and users as part of official work.
- When required by law.
Business records are stored on project servers. The app may keep short-term session or draft data on your device.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections where supported. Retention follows project and legal rules. Crash logs are kept only as long as needed to maintain the app.
Your choices
You can deny camera or location permission; some features may not work. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We may verify your identity and work with your organization where needed.
Children
The app is for authorized professional users and is not aimed at children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we post a new version at the same web address used in the app stores.
